Santa’s Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies
Taste these fantastic chocolate chips cookies and you’ll agree, they’re your favorite too.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Butter, softened (2 sticks)
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 large Eggs
2 1/4 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt. In an electric mixer, beat the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well. Slowly beat in the flour mixture. Stir in morsels.
Scoop the cookie dough with a teaspoon onto an ungreased baking sheet; make sure to keep enough distance between cookies.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, when they are golden brown. Let them cook on the baking sheets for at least 2 minutes before transferring them to wire racks.
