Christmas Fudge Recipe
Who wouldn’t love a box of yummy fudge for Christmas? It won’t even last a day!
Ingredients:
2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
3/4 Cup Butter, unsalted
3 Cups Granulated Sugar
1 lb. Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chips or block chocolate chopped up
7 oz. Jar Marshmallow Cream
1 Cup Walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Candy Thermometer
Directions:
Start by lining a 13”x9”x2” baking pan with wax paper, and butter the inside.
In a large saucepan, bring the milk, butter, and sugar to a rolling boil on medium heat, constantly stirring once it starts to bubble. Let it boil for about 4 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat once the candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees F.
Quickly stir in the chocolate and marshmallow cream. Mix well, once they have melted, and stir in the walnuts and vanilla.
Pour into the baking pan, and let cool to room temperature before slicing. If you chill in the refrigerator, it will get firmer.
And Enjoy!
